1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Review Guardian AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Review Guardian AI is a review management platform that aggregates reviews from multiple sources (Google Business Profile, Google Play Store, YouTube), provides AI-powered response suggestions, and offers real-time notifications. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons we deem necessary to protect the Service and its users.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers: Free (limited features), Pro (€19.99/month), and Enterprise (€49.99/month). All prices are in Euros and subject to applicable taxes.

4.2 Billing and Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You will be charged on the same day each month
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service issues

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Generate fake or misleading reviews

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with Google APIs (Business Profile, Play Store, YouTube). Your use of these integrations is subject to Google's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes or disruptions to third-party services. You must maintain valid access credentials for connected accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Review Guardian AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate response suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before posting them publicly. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Guardian AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review Guardian AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
